Credit Usage

• Credits are non-refundable and must be used within the current billing cycle unless your plan includes rollover.

• Growth and Scale plans include a 15-day credit rollover window. Starter and Essentials do not.

• Credits can be used for any service listed in the credit menu.

Project Requests & Turnaround

• All creative requests must be submitted with clear direction. Delivery timelines vary based on scope and will be communicated upfront.

• Rush or priority requests may use additional credits depending on urgency.

Travel Policy

• Travel within 25 miles of Hickory, NC is included.

• Travel beyond 25 miles is billed at $1 per mile round trip, starting from mile 26.

Payments & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

• Long-term contracts (3, 6, or 12 months) are eligible for 5%, 10%, or 15% discounts.

• Failure to pay on time may result in paused services or credit loss.

Pausing or Canceling

• You may cancel or pause your plan with 15 days' notice before your next billing date.

• Credits do not roll over or transfer after cancellation.

Content Ownership

• You retain full rights to all final deliverables.

• We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.
